A site of 55 acres (22.25ha) fronting A14 at Junction 50 allocated as a business park. Building Partnerships appointed a professional team to secure planning permission.
Planning approval was granted in early 2019 for a masterplan with access from the A1120. The planning provides for a mixed use scheme of B1, B2 and B8 with the frontage area for Restaurants, Drive-Thru’s and a Public House.
Adjacent land has been allocated as a food Enterprise Zone by the Norfolk and Suffolk local Enterprise Partnerships (LEP) and a Local Development order has been proposed for that area.
The land was sold in Summer 2019 and it is now included in Gateway 14.
