Broadway Enterprise Park Norwich

Building Partnerships is taking forward development of a 40 hectare (100 acre) site fronting the A140, adjacent to Norwich Airport to the north of Norwich city centre within a masterplan.

The site has been allocated for employment uses in the Local Plan and will be accessed from the roundabout north of Broadland Northway (A1270).

A consultation was undertaken and completed in December 2019.

Planning permission was granted for a Recycling Centre and access road into the site which was completed and open in 2021.

A planning application to include office, industrial and warehouse uses was granted in May 2022.
