Easton Village Norwich

Building Partnerships are appointed by a consortium of landowners to promote and progress the planning and onward sale of over 40 hectares (100 acres) of land on the edge of Easton village, 5 miles west of Norwich City Centre.

The Consortium comprises Norwich City College, The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association, The Norwich Diocesan Board of Finance and The Rampton Trust.

Building Partnerships led the design team through the planning process on a scheme providing 890 residential dwellings, a commercial unit, allotments, a new village hall, village green and significant open space.

Planning consent was achieved for the site and the Section 106 signed in 2017. Building Partnerships continue to advise the Consortium liaising with the solicitors and sales agents. Sale of the majority of the site completed to a major national housebuilder in 2021.
