Cringleford Norwich

Building Partnerships were joint development consultants for Barratt Homes and the John Innes Foundation to bring forward a site of 49 hectares (120 acres) in Cringleford for residential development.

Building Partnerships managed the professional team in designing the development and liaised with the Local Planning Authority, the Parish Council and other political and social stakeholders through the planning application process.

Planning approval was obtained in late 2014 for Phase 1 and the Legal Agreements for the 630 unit site were completed in August 2016. Detailed and reserved matters planning permissions were granted and construction commenced in 2019.
